 Frequently Asked Questions

Can I collect my order? - Unfortunately, we're not set-up to receive visitors at our premises - we operate online only to keep our overheads as low as possible and pass the savings on to you.

How much is delivery? - The shopping cart will automatically calculate the delivery cost, but this will not exceed £49, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Are your kitchens supplied assembled or flat-packed? - All units are supplied flat packed. This helps reduce damage in transit, takes up less storage space in your home and reduces manufacturing cost. Clear, simple instructions are included - once you've built one, you'll manage the rest no problem!

What's included with each unit? - Everything basically: the cabinet, shelves, door, drawer (if applicable), handle and hinges.

Can you design my kitchen for me? - Regrettably we 're not able to offer this service to our online customers. However we've put together an easy-to-follow guide with video tutorials which take you through every step of the process. You can download the guide FREE from the Planning Tips page on this site. You'll also be automatically subscribed to a 7-part e-course which explains how to organise the whole installation from beginning to end, in a clear, no-nonsense way.

What's the difference between the kitchens on the main Cut Price Kitchens website and this 'Premium' site? - The kitchens featured in this new part of our website all have 18mm carcasses and a far wider choice of door and cabinet styles and sizes. Whereas our budget kitchen range is ideal for landlords, property developers and first-time buyers etc, we've had many requests for a more luxurious kitchen range with more options, so we've introduced this new 'Premium' range.

Can I place my order by phone? - Yes, please call us on 01380 828304 to order by phone.

What's the significance of 15mm and 18mm carcasses? - Although kitchens have been constructed from 15mm MFC board for many years, manufacturers have more recently increased this to 18mm to improve strength & rigidity. However 15mm is still more than adequate in most situations and is made available as a lower cost option.
